Refund & Return Policy

  • At Bold Attires, we strive to provide a satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

    Store Credit or Exchange
    We offer store credit or exchanges for items returned within 14 days if in the UK & EU & 30 days of receiving your order if in the US. Store credit will be issued once your return is approved and can be used toward future purchases. If you prefer an exchange, you can return your item for a different size or product, subject to availability.

    Eligibility for Return
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it— unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Return Process
    To start a return, contact us at e-commerce@BoldAttires.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

    Customer’s Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
    Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned securely, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bold Attires is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

    Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
             • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers,  or  plants)
             • Custom products (e.g., special orders  or  personalized items)
             • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
             • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids,or gases.

    If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

    We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
    If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for returns and exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit to be used on future purchases. Please note that store credit processing may take up to 10 business days.
